Rennet Casein
It is obtained by coagulating skimmed pasteurised milk with rennet enzyme and washing and drying the separated clot. It can be used as a powder, melted or combined with different food ingredients. It has a unique taste, smell and aroma, a unique cream or yellow colour, a unique fluid powder structure, homogeneous appearance and does not contain any preservatives, colouring agents and other additives.
