Freshness and naturalness

Fresh milk, which constitutes the raw material of Enka Süt products, is collected twice a day, once in the evening and once in the morning, from more than 15,000 producers in the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions, and delivered to the collection centres without delay after being checked by veterinarians. In Enka Süt products, where the principle of naturalness is never compromised, every stage of production is meticulously inspected by food engineers and dairy technologists starting from milk purchase. Fresh, clean and high quality products are produced with natural flavour and no additives are used.

Health in every product

We focus on reliability and health in production and preserve the vitamins and minerals inherent in fresh milk through pasteurisation in accordance with international norms. Dairy products processed in high-tech production facilities are produced at Enka Süt with all their nutritional values preserved. For hygiene control, samples are taken from 250 different points in the factory and microbiological analyses are performed and both microbiological and chemical analyses are completed by taking a sample from these products before the products are put on the market.

Chemical and Microbiological Analysis Laboratories

In the Chemical and Microbiological Analysis Laboratories with advanced technological facilities established within the enterprise, milk and dairy products are produced and controlled in accordance with the relevant legislation and in a healthy, high quality and standard quality that will be appreciated by the consumer. Necessary analyses are carried out meticulously at all stages from raw milk purchase to the supply of products to the market.

Research and development in production is a must for Enka Süt. For this reason, we have established an advanced R&D department in order to closely follow the ever-evolving sectoral changes and to direct new production studies. With this department, we succeeded in becoming one of the pioneering organisations in Turkey, which was the first to implement an R&D department in its sector. In order to increase our contribution to the national economy, we continue to cooperate closely with universities and other private organisations to exchange views and information, and to provide our staff with training on constantly developing technology and hygiene issues.
