It is produced by increasing the protein ratio of pasteurised skimmed cow's milk by ultrafiltration process and then pulverised and dried. It can be used as a powder, melted or combined with different food ingredients. It has a unique cream or yellow colour, a unique fluid powder structure, homogeneous appearance and does not contain any preservatives, colouring agents and other additives.
