It is produced by pulverising and drying high quality tomato paste for the first and only time in Turkey. It can be used as a powder, melted or combined with different food ingredients. It has a unique red-orange colour, has a unique fluid powder structure, homogenous appearance and does not contain any preservatives, colouring agents and other additives except anti-caking agent.
