Instant Whole Milk Powder

It is produced by agglomerating or lecithinating high quality skimmed cow’s milk and pulverising and drying it. It can be used as a powder, melted without mixing (recombined) or combined with different foodstuffs. It has a unique cream or yellow colour, a unique fluid powder structure and homogenous appearance. To obtain 1lt skimmed milk, we recommend using 900 ml water and 100 gr skimmed instant milk powder.
