Our company started to carry out its activities in White Cheese production in 1985 under the name of “Enka Süt ve Gıda Mamülleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş.” with the initiative of Nihat AKPINAR, who has experience of long years in the milk sector.
While its operating capacity was quickly increased in a short time, products such as Kashar Cheese, Yoghurt, Buttermilk, Butter, which have always been demanded with eager, were supplied to the market. Enka Süt blazed a trail by starting to produce Milk Powder, and right after this, Whey Powder in 1988, turning its direction to the future.
Enka Süt, having a capacity to process 200 tons of raw materials per day with its qualified personnel in its modern facilities having a 15.000-m2 indoor area in total, increases its product portfolio and processing capacity day by day as demanded and requested by our customers.
Enka Süt, never compromising from its approach aimed at producing healthy and delicious products, was awarded TS EN ISO 9002 Quality Assurance System Certificate in 1998, and proved its constant development with devoted efforts of all personnel, by being awarded TSE ISO EN 22000 Food Safety Management System Certificate in 2003 after being awarded of TS EN ISO 9001:2000 Quality Assurance Certificate in 2003.
Enka Süt, using a world class technology, manufactures all products untouched at facilities ensuring hygienic infrastructure, according to HACCP norms and within context of established hygiene and disinfection procedures under healthy conditions and it also keeps each critical point under control in order to avoid dangers.
